For new generation stunning look,powerfull toyota fortuner. Toyota Fortuner has been unveiled in Thailand and Australia simultaneously. The same vehicle will also come to India, with its expected debut at the 2016 Delhi Auto Expo followed by its launch sometime mid 2016. The automaker has also confirmed the engines options and features that will be made available with the new-gen model. For the Thai market, the 2016 Toyota Fortuner will be available in three engine options. The Indian-spec model, too, will receive the same powertrains.
Design & Styling
The 2016 Fortuner will be based on Toyota’s all-new platform with improved front,boady and side impact structure that makes it more muscular look and safer than the existing model. This new technology is referred as the FIRM (Frame with Integrated Rigidity Mechanism) that also underpins Toyota’s new global models. It also improves ride quality of the car. The SUV will feature a slimmer twin slat front grille, new headlamps, modified front bumper, prominent bonnet and chromed fog lamps at the front end. At the rear, the car will get a wraparound rear windscreen. However, the overall design and dimensions will remain unchanged. Coming to its interior, the new Fortuner will take its interior design inspiration from the Corolla sedan and new-gen Hilux pickup. It will receive some additional comfort and safety equipment as well.
